The objective of the assignment is to develop and organize a series of training workshops with participating staff from all entities involved in the mainstreaming of disaster risk reduction within their respective units (i.e., line ministries, sectoral agencies, local governments, NEMA). The training workshops will prioritize line ministries, sectoral agencies, and local governments with existing DRM-related activities or awareness of it and/or history of (or apparent need for) coordinating with NEMA in a disaster response or preparedness procedure in order to be in line with the overall program objective of increasing the coordination capacity of NEMA.

?ADPC will conduct a training series for the relevant agencies with DRM and related functions in Mongolia. The training modules may include the following: - Introduction to Disaster Risk Management - Risk Assessment and Analysis - Risk Reduction - Social Aspects of Disaster Resilience

- Conduct and deliver training - Training materials (including presentations, case studies, reading materials, ?how to? guidance notes, exercises)
