This video showcases the URCE Program in Viet Nam. A combination of different activities were implemented in My Tho City located in the Mekong Delta and Nam Dinh City located in the Red River Delta to enhance their resilience against climate extremes. Officials from both cities spoke on the learnings acquired from the URCE program.
