Asian Disaster Preparedness Center (ADPC) will provide technical assistance for the project funded by AIR - Enabling Climate Change Responses in Asia and the Pacific - Disaster Risk Financing for Climate Risk (Phase-II). In order to develop a set of potential DRF options to address primary DRF needs in the identified city from the Phase ?I and response to result of financial loss models.

-Develop a set of potential DRF options to address primary DRF needs of each city as identified in Phase 1 and responding to results of financial loss models
-Analyze relative feasibility of DRF options in terms of speed of execution, current market conditions and acceptance of DRF project designs and DMC capacity
-Prepare an interim report on potential DRF options with assessments on demand and execution feasibility, including a cost-benefit analysis of the DRF options in terms of alternative risk management strategies
