Collaborate to provide Technical Assistance (TA) to the Water Resource and Environmental Agency (WREA) and the National Disaster Management Office (NDMO), Government Lao PDR in implementing the above mentioned project and contribute to the institutional strengthening on disaster management in Lao PDR.
