As part of the SERVIR Mekong Team under the Office of the Executive Director, the BI Officer will support ADPC management to enhance organizational decision-making by producing internal and external business intelligence for the Lower Mekong countries for the fields being addressed by SERVIR Mekong and ADPC. S/he will lead the development of Monitoring and Evaluation systems, processes, and develop synergies between the institution level M&E system and project based M&E plans.
