The “Readiness Assessment for Impact-Based Forecasting and Warning (IbFW) in Cambodia” has been conducted under the aegis of the World Food Programme (WFP). The readiness assessment process in Cambodia involved a number of Key Informant Interviews (KII’s), Focus Group Discussions (FGDs), and consultations with the Ministry of Water Resource and Meteorology (MoWRAM), National Committee for Disaster Management (NCDM) and Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (MAFF).
