The Asian Disaster Preparedness Center (ADPC) now invites eligible consulting firms (‘Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested consulting firms should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experiences to perform the Services. Consultants will be selected in accordance with the Consultant’s Qualification - based Selection (CQS) method set out in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations and the minimum qualification and experience requirements include: 4.1. Should either be institutions or consulting firms with experience in climate change, agriculture, and transport sectors, including climate finance, ideally in Bangladesh, Pakistan and Nepal 4.2. Should have proven experience of working with government agencies and international organizations

EOI-25-124 Climate Adaptation and Resilience (CARE) for South Asia Project
The final evaluation will assess the achievement of project results against what was expected to be achieved and draw lessons that can both improve the sustainability of benefits from this project. The evaluation will make recommendations that the ADPC, World Bank and other implementing partners may use in their upcoming activities. The evaluation will provide the ADPC, World Bank as well as partner governments with: • an overall independent assessment of the CARE for South Asia project, paying particular attention to the results achieved considering the intended indicators and their contribution to enabling environment for climate-resilient policies and investments in select sectors and countries in South Asia. • an assessment in the areas of relevancy, efficiency, effectiveness, impact and sustainability of the project interventions. • key lessons and recommendations in order to guide current and future action.

RFQ-25-156 Consulting Services for exposure and vulnerability data collection in Chiang Rai, Thailand
Dear Sir/Madam, The Asian Disaster Preparedness Center (ADPC) would like to invite you to submit a quotation for Consulting Services for exposure and vulnerability data collection Lot 1 : Exposure and Vulnerability Data Collection Firm – Surat Thani Lot 2 : Exposure and Vulnerability Data Collection Firm – Chiang Rai, Thailand *Important Note : Bidders are permitted to submit quotations for Lot 1 Surat Thani, Lot 2 Chiang Rai, or both Lots. However, a single firm shall not be awarded both Lots, even if technically qualified and responsive in both cases. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to award each Lot to separate firms in order to promote competition and ensure diversity in implementation. 1. The Asian Disaster Preparedness Center (ADPC) hereby requests your price quotation for the services specified in this Request for Quotation (RFQ) which consists of this document and the following annexes: Annex A – Terms of Reference Annex B – Returnable Bidding Forms * Minimum Technical Requirements : The firm should be able to show a minimum of 3-5 years of carrying out similar assignments in Form C : Past experience form 2. Quotations are required to be submitted to ADPC in English language and in ONE COPY in PDF files, no later than 17:00 PM on 30 April 2025(Bangkok Time) (the Closing Time), by E-mail: procurement@adpc.net, by fax: +66 2 298 0012. Quotations received after the Closing Time may be considered or evaluated only in exceptional circumstances. 3. Bidders are required to complete and duly sign the Returnable Bidding Forms, save them in PDF format, and submit them by email within the specified deadline.
