'Building Leaders: Women and Youth in Water Resource Governance' training module aimsto address disparities in equitable water management by strengthening the capacity ofyoung water professionals, members of youth groups, and women leaders.It will help participants conceptualize gender and its issues within water governance andcomprehend its root causes through different approaches, frameworks and tools. Themodule will enhance their knowledge and promote leadership qualities in creating aninclusive, sustainable, and resilient management of water resources.The training includes various online and in-person sessions imparted through a range ofparticipatory methods: interactive presentations and discussions, fun activities, quizzes andgames, videos, and individual work-base and group learning.
