The Official Statement was delivered by Mr. Hans Guttman, Executive Director of ADPC, at the Asia-Pacific Partnership for Disaster Risk Reduction (APP-DRR) Forum of the Seventh Global Platform for Disaster Risk Reduction in Bali, Indonesia from 23-28 May 2022.
