"When the big water comes, be ready!" explores the effects of ADPC's work with the Myanmar government to enhance their capacity in monitoring and projecting weather events.

The work has enhanced the capacity of the Department of Meteorology and Hydrology to monitor and predict such events as floods and landslides, while also allowing them to create climate change projections.
