This Program Book highlights the interventions of the URCE Program in building the resilience of the three target cities; Dala Township in Myanmar, My Tho and Nam Dinh Cities in Viet Nam. The interventions contributed to strengthening (1) Risk Knowledge & Multi-Hazard Early Warning Systems (2) Urban Community Readiness & Local Preparedness (3) Urban Critical Sector Preparedness & Emergency Response and (4) Urban Risk Governance. Overall, the Book elaborates on the potential impact of the URCE Program in strengthening the resilience of the target cities to climate extremes.
