This Report analyses the present status, gaps and needs and challenges related to urban climate risk governance in My Tho and Nam Dinh Cities in Viet Nam. Recommendations are proposed for both the cities to enhance urban governance mechanisms in order to better manage climate risks in the two cities. The information contained in this Report will assist the stakeholders who are involved in urban risk governance in My Tho and Nam Dinh Cities in mainstreaming risk information into the decision making process.
