Disseminating earthquake information is crucial in Myanmar - a country with several high risk zones when it comes to seismic activity.
ADPC and partners worked to build the capacity of the Department of Meteorology and Hydrology (DMH) allowing them to collect data related to earthquakes more efficiently. By streamlining this data collection process, the DMH can better inform the public in times of crisis.
