SHORT COURSE INTRODUCTION

Asia is undergoing rapid urbanization, boasting 28 of the world's 33 megacities. While this swift urban expansion has significantly fueled economic growth in the region, it has also ushered in many challenges for its urban hubs. Balancing public health considerations amidst a global pandemic and the pressing demand for economic advancement adds another layer of complexity.


This course seeks to equip participants with knowledge of robust strategies and methods to establish, sustain, and enhance urban resilience. Developed in collaboration with the International Urban Resilience Academy at the University of Southern Denmark, the curriculum focuses on nurturing essential skills for a resilient urban transformation. This encompasses a deep dive into the essence of urban resilience, climate science, pivotal international and national policies, and practical applications of resilience.

$1,350 (without accommodation)
$1,725 [with accommodation (6 nights)]

Fees are inclusive of course materials (soft copy), cost of instructions and course certificate. For face-to-face training, fee is inclusive of morning and afternoon snacks and lunch during the course.
