Face to Face Training Course on Urban Resilience to Climate Extremes

Asia is urbanizing at a rapid pace and is now home to 17 of the world’s 33 megacities. This rapid pace of urbanization has contributed substantially towards regional economic growth but also created numerous challenges for the Asian cities/urban centers. Decision-making between the global pandemic, maintaining public health and the need for economic progress.

This course is designed to raise the knowledge of participants on effective solutions and approaches for creating, maintaining and strengthening urban resilience. It is organized in partnership with the International Urban Resilience Academy of the University of Southern Denmark. The course will lead to the development of core skills and competencies for resilient urban transition, including fundamentals of urban resilience in research, climate science, international and national policies, and resilience in action.

Fees are inclusive of course materials (soft copy), cost of instructions and course certificate. For face-to-face training, fee is inclusive of morning and afternoon snacks and lunch during the course.
