Bangkok Statement adopted at the 15th Meeting of the Regional Consultative Committee on Disaster Management (RCC) held on 15-17 January 2020 in Bangkok, Thailand.

The RCC mechanism seeks to enhance regional cooperation, promote peer advocacy, and exchange expertise towards reducing disaster and climate risks in Asia and the Pacific. Established in 2000, more than 20 member countries continue to participate in the meetings to achieve the common goal of building resilience by exploring ways to transform policies into practice and enhancing regional cooperation. ADPC serves as Secretariat to RCC.
