Urban Governance and Community Resilience Guides

This series of guidebooks are designed to raise awareness of the challenges local governments face in reducing disaster risks. These guidebooks offer essential tools and possible solutions to make that will help local governments to make effective decisions. The guidebooks can be used as self-study material by individual readers, as a resource for participants in a training course or program, or as a reference for government officials.

  • Book 1 - Our Hazardous Environment (2010)
