Principle Objective

Emergency management systems in 3 riparian countries are more effectively dealing with floods in the Lower Mekong Basin.

Specific Objective

Enhanced capacity for undertaking planning and implementation of flood preparedness programs at the provincial and district level in selected provinces of the Lower Mekong Basin
