(FEMS) under Component 4 of the Mekong River
Commission's Flood Management and Mitigation
Program - in the 4 Mekong countries of
Cambodia, Vietnam, Lao PDR and Thailand
September 2004 - July 2007, with funding
support from GTZ (Federal Government of
Germany)
