ADPC conducted a study course on disaster management and social relief for the officials of the Beijing Civil Affairs Bureau in Thailand between 24th and 28th June 2002. After the course in Thailand, a study tour on disaster management to Sri Lanka -- one of the ADPC’s program countries -- was undertaken between 1st and 4th July.
