SIRIKARN KAHATTHA
Host Country Relations Officer

Sirikarn joined ADPC in May 2000, she assists in coordinating communication of the Executive Director and various domestic offices including The Government of Thailand, NGOs based in Thailand, etc. Sirikarn has more than 20 years experience working as Secretary and assistant to the National Identity Office Government House in Thailand.

OLIVER FALL
OED Coordinator

Personal Assistant to the Executive Director, Oliver joined ADPC in 2005 from Standard Chartered Bank in Bangkok. Having previously worked in risk management both in the UK and Thailand Oliver is working closely with the Climate Risk Management team in the development and implementation of the Tsunami and Multi-hazard Early Warning System for South East Asia.

PICHAYA NARKWASCHARA
Administrative Assistant

Pichaya has been working as the personal assistant to Deputy Executive Director from November, 2005. She holds Bachelor degree in Economics (International Economics) from Bangkok University. Before joining ADPC she worked with Thai Airport Ground Services Co., Ltd as ground service agent for airlines. She also worked as volunteer, interpreter, liaison and escort for international conferences such as The 20th World Scouts Meeting, The 5th Meeting of States Parties (Against Mines), The 6th Global Conference on Health Promotion (WHO).

KITTISAK THAMSUNTHOMCHAI
Administrative Clerk

Kittisak Thamsunthornchai has joined ADPC since December 16, 2002 as a Clerk cum Messenger. He graduated in the field of Recreation from Srinakharin Wirot University (SWU) in April 1998. While he was studying in SWU, he obtained scholarship to promote Thai culture to be well known among Thai student in New York. Before joining ADPC, he worked at the Sales office in Frito-Lay company for two years, then, with Nestle for one year.
