ROOPA RAKSHIT
Communication Officer

Roopa joined ADPC in October 2005. She holds a Masters degree in Natural Resources and Conservation from Asian Institute of Technology (AIT). Her interests and involvement in Media & Communication led her to combine and pursue communication and development activities. Her experience with IUCN, AIT, UNESCAP and UNEP spans over eight years with publications, newsletters, developing communication strategies, creating publicity material, media relations, and event and activity organization. At ADPC, she looks into various components of internal & external communications.

 

  ORAWAN YAFA
Information and Knowledge Management Coordinator

Orawan joined ADPC in September 2004 as a Coordinator of Information and Knowledge Management Unit (IKMU). Between 1994 and 2000, she was Bangkok Post reporter covering urban development, and Communications Consultant for a community-based project on Reducing Illicit Drug Use in the Highlands of East Asia under the United Nations International Drug Control Program (UNDCP). Before joining ADPC, Orawan spent four years as a freelance journalist, teacher, and writer in the United Kingdom based in Edinburgh, Scotland. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (English) from Thammasat University and a Master of Arts (European Studies) from Chulalongkorn University’s EU-funded international program.

 

  Philipp Danao
Information Coordinator

He graduated from De La Salle University, Manila with two bachelor degrees in A.B. Economics and B.S. Business Management. He obtained several credits for Master in Public Administration major in Spatial Information Management from the University of the Philippines, Diliman. Before joining ADPC, he was involved in a World Bank Project for the Department of Finance (Manila) responsible for specific technical tasks in Economic Assessment; Information, Education and Communication (IEC); and Monitoring and Evaluation of sub-projects around the Philippines. He is also very proficient in graphic designs and report generation/packaging. Currently, he serves as the information coordinator who is responsible for developing and managing team-related publications; databases; and CRM web page content. He also assists in the conduct of research and development of donor proposals.

 

  PERAWOOT TANMAPIMONTA
Web Master Associate

Mr. Perawoot joined ADPC in March 2004.He supports ADPC in ADPC Website management. Pior to this, he was IT/Quality Consultant for Crown Plaza Bangkok Hotel. He graduated from RamKamhaeng University in Computer Science . He got a scholarship from Hotel Association of Thailand , Hotel Association of Belgium and Rangsit University hospitality Exchange Program in Hotel Management.
