BOON TIONG TAY
Director - Finance/Monitoring & Evaluation

Boon-Tiong has 22 years of international development experience - 21 years with the World Bank and the Global Environment Facility (GEF) in Washington DC; and 1 year on an UNEP/GEF project in Bangkok - specializing in financial and budget management, project financing & evaluation and corporate resource management. Previous to this, Boon-Tiong had a total of 10 years of management auditing with Exxon Inc. (Europe) and public auditing with Coopers & Lybrand (United Kingdom). Boon-Tiong is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and has a Master in Business Administration from the Cranfield Institute of Technology.

Program Manager (Comptroller)

Hla Hla joined ADPC in May 1996 as accountant. She became the Program Manager (Comptroller) of ADPC's financial matters since 1999. Prior to joining ADPC, she worked in Myanmar's private sector in the field of international trading. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Asian Institute of Technology, and a Diploma in Accounting from the London Chamber of Commerce Industry.

 

 

PRISANA DURONGKADACH
Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator

Prisana started her career as a Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator at ADPC in March 2006. Her responsibilities are to support ADPC’s M&E function and to implement M&E activities covering ADPC programs and activities. Previously, she was a Job Analysis Officer at PTT Exploration & Production Plc. She completed her M.A. degree in International Political Economy at the University of Warwick.

 

 

BUDSARIN CHUENSOMBAT
Accountant

Budsarin assists in the accounting work in the Finance and Administration unit of ADPC. She has a Bachelors degree in Business Administration majoring in Accounting from Krirk University in Bangkok, Thailand. Previously she worked as a Teller at the Thai Farmers Bank before joining ADPC in 1999.

 

 

PRISSANA NOITONGLEK
Financial Analyst

Prissana joined ADPC in February 2006 as a Financial Analyst. She holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Chiang Mai University. Before joining ADPC, she was an Accountant at CUEL Ltd., Bangkok.

 

 

 

ZAY YAR MIN
Accounting Assistant

Zay Yar Min joined ADPC in September 2003.  He assists accounting activities in Finance and Administration unit.  He is graduated from Assumption University of Thailand, in the field of Business Administration majoring in Finance & Banking.  He also holds International Diploma in Computer Studies from N.C.C, UK.

WICHAI DORNNAM
Accounting Assistant

Wichai joined ADPC in April 2005 as Accounting Assistant assigned to work in Finance of ADPC. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Kasembundit University in Bangkok. Before joining ADPC, He worked as secretary and assistant in Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) at the office of the President. He also spent two years to study English Proficiency Course at Berkeley English Academy, United States of America.

 

 

 

CHUTIMA SAENGNAPABOVORN
Accounting Assistant/Cashier

Chutima started to work with ADPC as a Student Assistant to complete her academic requirement in school. She provides general secretarial support to Finance and Administration unit. She joined ADPC as a full-time employee in January 2000, where she handles the cashiering work and provides administrative support in finance division. She finished a Bachelor Arts degree in English from Rajabhat Institute, Thailand and a certificate of Accounting.
