This is a select collection of information
on flood mitigation and preparedness, collected
from various sources. Electronic resources are
provided where permission was granted to reproduce
or when the publications were available on the
internet for free. This collection includes
resources from outside the region to provide
reference for possible replication. Weblinks
contain links to organizations and institutions
working on flood mitigation, water resource
management, river-basin management and other
areas relevant to flood disaster management.
This is not a comprehensive list. We would like
to build on this base-line information and welcome
