The Program for Enhancement of Emergency Response (PEER) in South Asia aims to strengthen the institutional and technical capacity of national and regional partners to support the institutionalization of PEER program in South Asian countries under PEER Stage 5.

Stage 5 builds upon the working partnerships established under previous phases to institutionalize this approach. The program is implemented by ADPC with support from the United States Agency for International Development Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance (USAID/BHA).
