Asian Disaster Preparedness Center (ADPC) is facilitating the APEC Train-the-Trainer Workshop on Promoting SME Business Continuity Plans for enhancing disaster resilience. The workshop is held on 5 - 9 August 2013 in Chinese Taipei.

The five day event includes a symposium with more than 400 participants from sixteen APEC member economies to deliberate on disaster risk reduction through business continuity planning for small and medium enterprises. ADPC is one of the main mentors to the Train-the-Trainers workshop assisting seed trainers to learn how to prepare Business Continuity Plans and help small SMEs to prepare their own.
