Unexpected recurrence of disasters such as floods and drought have become commonplace in countries such as Cambodia and Vietnam.
Bangkok, Thailand – ADPC facilitated and hosted the kick-off meeting of the second phase of the Bangladesh Preparedness Partnership (BPP) Program on 12 September 2023 in Bangkok, Thailand. Under the leadership and guidance of the Ministry of Disaster Management & Relief (MoDMR), Bangladesh, and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the kick-off meeting was attended by various sectoral organizations as part of the BPP partnership.
