February 24, Frederick John Abo joined Telecoms Sans Frontieres team

Frederick John Abo, ADPC’s Technical Manager from Public Health in Emergencies joins the Telecoms Sans Frontieres team. John besides strengthening field capacities in communications facilities will also appraise the Public Health aspects.
