Capacity Building at the National, Provincial and District Levels

The team is currently implementing the following Projects under this area:

  1. Flood Emergency Management Strengthening under Component 4 of the Mekong River Commission's Flood Management and Mitigation Program - in the 4 Mekong countries of Cambodia, Vietnam, Lao PDR and Thailand September 2004 - July 2007, with funding support from GTZ (Federal Government of Germany)

  2. Capacity Building for Planning and Implementation of Flood Preparedness Programs at Provincial and District levels in the Lower Mekong Basin (Phase II) - in the 4 Mekong countries of Cambodia, Vietnam, Lao PDR and Thailand March 2005-April 2006, funded under the Fourth DiPECHO Action Plan for South East Asia

  3. ADB Community Self Reliance and Flood Risk Reduction in Cambodia
