Lolita’s key competencies are project
development, implementation, monitoring and
evaluation, training curriculum development
and delivery, and research and documentation.
As Project Manager, she coordinates the implementation
of all CRM programs and projects, managing
the team’s workplan and finances, documenting
and disseminating project information and
knowledge generated, and coordinating with
project partners and with various units within
ADPC; and develops new projects. Lolita is
instrumental in the development of the regional
end-to-end multi-hazard early warning program.
Lolita joined ADPC in 1999 and was involved
in the implementation of the Extreme Climate
Events (ECE) Program until 2001. From 2001-2002,
she served as Information Manager for ADPC's
Partnership for Disaster Reduction - Southeast
Asia (PDRSEA) project. Lolita is trained in
community-based disaster management, and is
a certified instructor. She holds a Masters
degree in Environmental Engineering from the
Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand.
