Hospitality

The Ministry of Defence, Kingdom of Thailand, will be responsible for the organizational cost of holding a meeting and local hospitality. All participants will bear the costs of their overseas travel and local accommodation.

The prices quoted are for per room per night. These rooms will be charged to individual room’s account and has to be paid upon checking out.

Transport 

All participants are kindly requested to make own transport arrangements between Suvarnabhumi International Airport and Royal Orchid Sheraton Hotel & Towers. 

Secretariat Room

The Workshop Secretariat Room will be located at Ayaret & Cattleya Room on 2nd Floor. It will be opened on 27 June 2010.
