AUDMP's progress is evaluated using the Strategic Objective and Results Framework. This Framework consists of targeted results and indicators of achievements which is summarized in an AUDMP Objective and Results Tree. The Framework also gives baseline data, critical assumptions and expected data sources.
Having a comprehensive Framework allows program managers and participants to monitor progress towards desired results and outcomes, as well as provide the data needed to make informed decisions regarding adjustments in the direction and allocation of resources.
Progress on AUDMP performance is provided by individual country projects and summarized in a Matrix. This matrix
was reported on a
quarterly basis together with the Quarterly Progress Reports
up to end of 2000.
As of 2001, it is part of the Bi-Annual Program
Performance Reports.
Other components of the AUDMP monitoring and evaluation system includes the Monthly Activity Highlights and eNews; periodic evaluations; annual workplans with milestones; and regular review and feedback by the Core Working Group.
