Sudhir holds a Master’s degree in Rural Management from the Institute of Rural Management, India. Prior to joining ADPC, he worked with UNDP and was involved in drafting DRR related policy, mainstreaming and capacity building. He also worked with the Government of Gujarat, India in the post-Gujarat earthquake R&R Program. He was involved in the housing reconstruction program, risk transfer, environmental issues in debris disposal and evaluation of proposals. He worked in Afghanistan and drafted guidelines . After joining ADPC, he worked in Myanmar and was involved in drafting national DRR Action Plan and other policy related activities. He was involved in developing CBDRM tools for UNDP, Myanmar. He was involved in the post-Nargis R&R program. His papers on DRR have been published in reputed journals. He has over nine years of Disaster Management experience. His areas of interest include CBDRM, institutional capacity building and R&R.

Teresa provides coordination to several projects in ADPC. Her present assignments includes, the Mainstreaming Disaster Risk Reduction into Development Policy, Planning and Implementation (MDRD) program, coordination of the Regional Consultative Committee (RCC), RCC MDRD Advisory panel and the RCC MDRD technical experts meetings and in the implementation of specific regional components of the RCC MDRD Program.

Pannawadee joined ADPC in August 2005. She is responsible for coordinating administrative and project related activities of DMS team. Prior to joining ADPC, she worked as an International Affairs Officer in the International Program in Engineering at Thammasat University, Thailand. She holds Masters degree in English language from Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok, Thailand.

Than Than Myint joined ADPC in October, 2008. She is responsible for coordinating administrative and project related activities. Prior to joining ADPC, she worked in the international trading sector in Myanmar. She is graduated from Yangon Arts and Science University, Myanmar majoring in English language.
